Islameet provides a digital platform that enables users to create, share, and interact with content. Islameet does not endorse, verify, or guarantee the accuracy of user-generated content and is not responsible for opinions, statements, or information expressed by users.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction) to use the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activity occurring under your account

You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep it up to date.

5. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or display on the Platform.

By submitting content, you grant Islameet a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to host, store, display, reproduce, distribute, and modify such content solely for the purposes of operating, developing, and improving the Platform.

You are solely responsible for your content and confirm that you have all necessary rights to post it.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Post unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or misleading content
  • Harass, threaten, or impersonate others
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Platform

7. Content Moderation & Enforcement

Islameet reserves the right, but not the obligation, to review, remove, restrict, or disable access to any content or account that violates these Terms, applicable laws, or poses a risk to users or the Platform.

Enforcement actions may be taken at Islameet’s discretion and without prior notice where appropriate.

8. Account Suspension & Termination

Islameet may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that may harm Islameet, its users, or third parties.

Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior to termination.

9. Beta / Early-Stage Disclaimer

The Platform may be provided in beta or early-access form. Features may change, be modified, or discontinued at any time, and uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed.

10. Third-Party Links

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. Islameet is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Islameet makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform’s operation, availability, or accuracy.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Islameet shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Platform.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount paid by you (if any) to access the Platform.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Islameet from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your content, conduct, or violation of these Terms or applicable laws.
